Solar Model CE Capacitor EXAM-ETER

Description

Here is a very rare, clean and partially restored Solar Model CE Capacitor EXAM_ETER.
This unit is being sold as is "Not Working-for parts or repair".  N
ot all the functions are working correctly.  Possibly someone familiar with this kind of test equipment may be able to get all the test features working correctly and returned to service.  As nice as this unit is, it would be a shame not to get it functional again.
One of the photo's show a 10uF 450VDC electrolytic cap being tested for a quality test. It appears that this function is working but the there is no response when the power factor control is turned.  Another photo shows the same 10uF electrolytic capacitor being tested for leakage.  It doesn't appear that this feature is working correctly.  There are two other photo's showing a 1uF and a 2uF capacitors being checked for insulation resistance.  This function appears to be working.
As the photo's will show, the case has been repainted and looks very nice.
A new 3 wire AC power cord has been installed along with all
new rubber feet on the case.  A carry handle is not included. A manual which I down loaded from "bama" will be included.  The test leads and the capacitors are

included.
