I CALL THIS A VIRGIN POSTER BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN STORED FOLDED SINCE PRINTED, MAYBE UNFOLDED A COUPLE TIMES, I LAID IT FLAT WITHOUT PUTTING A PLASTIC SHIELD ON IT TO HOLD IT FLAT, THE PHOTOS SHOW JUST HOW CRISP AND VIRGIN THE POSTER IS, NEVER PUT TOGETHER IT IS THE BEST EXAMPLE OF A 1964 POSTER IN IT'S SHIPPED CONDITION IN 1964

I FOUND THIS PHOTO OF A POSTER SOLD SEVERAL YEARS AGO FOR 00, I PUT IT ON THIS PAGE SO VIEWERS COULD SEE WHAT THE POSTER WOULD LOOK LIKE PUT TOGETHER, DON'T MISTAKE IT FOR THE BETTER ONE I AM SELLING  :-)
Theaters were given several items for display. 8x10 and 11x14 lobby cards, b/w photos, 14x36 "inserts", 22x28 "1/2 sheet", "1 sheet" posters originally 27x41 and currently 27x40, 30x40, 40x60, 41x81 etc. The decision as to what was purchased was made by, the manager, owner,regional manager of a chain of theaters etc. Free items from the studio had no cut and dry rule either.
