Most of our products ship via LTL Trucking Companies, and can take up to 10 business days to arrive from the time the product ships. These shipments will need to be scheduled for an appointment to deliver by the local facility when it arrives in your area (the appointment will need to be scheduled within one to three days from their first contact attempt). Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery (drivers only offload the product into the driveway; any additional help by the driver including a lift-gate will require an additional charge)

If Trucking company cannot deliver it for any reason (including they cannot reach you with the telephone number provided in the order or there is no phone number in the order), it will be re-consigned back to our warehouse and treated as a refused package where the order will be refunded minus a original Shipping cost and 20% Restocking.
