Shipping Policy
We offer free UPS standard shipping on all of our products. Your order will arrive within 4~5 business days depending on time order was placed. We will provide the tracking number once we get it from carrier.
We also offer paid UPS expedited shipping with low rate for physical addresses in 48 states of USA excluding Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, P.O. Box. If any question about the shipping cost and delivery date, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Warranty Policy
We offer 365 days warranty from the date of purchase on all of our products.
We send replacement parts for replacing defective parts if we have parts in stock within warranty period at our cost. The replacement parts continue to carry the remaining warranty period. But does not extend beyond the original warranty period. If we do not have replacement available, we will issue refund.
If the parts are returned for a reason other than warranty, it is subject to 15% re-stocking fee.
No reimbursement will be given for shipping delays, labor, mileage, causing damages or other costs involved in installation or re-installation of wheel hubs and wheel bearings.
Warranty and shipping related claims require verification – do not dispose parts until instructed.
To file a warranty claim, customers are required to submit their information by email or eBay message. All warranty claims require a copy of your original purchase receipt and images of the warranted parts.
If the parts are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days from date of receipt, providing a picture of the damaged part. Keep the box and part for us to file the claim with carriers.
Our warranty ONLY provide one-time replacement or refund.
Return Policy
Within 30 days from date of purchase, you may return products that are in original condition and have not been installed or disassembled.
We only accept returns and refunds your purchases with an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued. Please contact us for the RMA number via eBay messaging. We will evaluate the return request and issue RMA numbers accordingly.
Some returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee and return shipping charge. The return package must be well packed. Any cost of damage during return shipping will be charged to the sender.
