Askina Derm film dressing is a sterile, flexible, transparent polyurethane membrane coated with medical grade acrylic adhesive.  The dressing is impermeable to micro-organisms, however it is permeable to water vapor and oxygen.
Askina Derm film dressing is commonly used as a fixation dressing for medical patches, such as Duregisic patch, and any other transdermal medicinal patch.
Askina Derm also allows for visual inspection of the secured object throughout the wear period.
