Be sure to read the product instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary returns.
1>We provide return and exchange service within 30 days.
Please note that if it is not due to the quality problem of the product, you will bear all the shipping charges for the return, and please guarantee that the product is in good condition and the package is still in place, can be re-sold.Refunds are for the cost of the products only. Refunds will be credited following the receipt of the undamaged product.
If the product has any quality problems, we will provide free repair, you do not have to bear any shipping costs.
2>Within 30 days to 1 year after receiving the product, if there is any quality problem, we provide free maintenance, if item has to return to our warehouse to repair, customers need to bear half of the freight.

Tips

If the pallet stacker is not used for a long time, it must be charged at least every month. The purpose of this is to avoid over-discharge which will affect the battery performance and life.
