    Description

    Up for auction is a super cool mid century modern piece of history. "50 House Plans for 1950".  This 9" x 12" large format book/catalog, it contains the plans to 50 homes.  The designer for these house plans was famous architect, Rudolph A. Matern of Long Island, New York.  The cover is in nice shape. A small  amount of shadowing on the back. Overall a nice clean copy for its age. It was printed on high glossy quality Paper. As shown in one of the photos the middle page on the bottom is loose from the staple.  But overall condition is good.
    Includes 2 additional Vintage pamphlets.
